Novartis parent/child flip book

Cystic fibrosis is the most common life threatening, recessive genetic condition affecting Australian children today.

Novartis, as a leader in the field of combating this debilitating illness tasked DDB Remedy to create an effective campaign/collateral aimed at making it fun and easy for children to take their medication and for parents to monitor and administer it. A nurse/patient tent card and parent/child flip book were created.

The design included colourful flat vector illustrations of outdoor activities. To make a connection with lungs and the ability to breath clearly, the illustrations depicted activities that involved using wind and air such as kite flying, hot air ballooning and sailing etc.

This work was a finalist in two categories in the 2014 Global International Awards.
